A podcast for neurodivergent minds

Your brain didn't come with a manual. Neither did ours.

Honest conversations about ADHD, autism, dyslexia, and every other way of being wired differently — and the real-world strategies that help us not just cope, but thrive.

About the show

Writing the manual together, one episode at a time.

No Manual Included is a podcast dedicated to helping neurodivergent people overcome whatever adversity they're facing with their condition — whether that's at school, at work, in relationships, or just getting through the day.

Every episode mixes lived experience with practical tools: candid stories, expert insight, and strategies you can actually try. No judgment, no "just try harder," and no one-size-fits-all fixes — because there isn't one.

  • Lived experience firstReal stories from people who get it, because they live it.
  • Practical, not preachyStrategies and tools you can use today — take what helps, leave the rest.
  • Different, not brokenNeurodivergence isn't a flaw to fix. It's a wiring to understand.
  • A community, not a lectureYour questions and stories shape the show.

Accommodations, self-advocacy, and careers that fit how you think.

Mental health

Anxiety, self-esteem, late diagnosis, and unlearning years of "what's wrong with me."
